Achievement 1
Developed and managed a white label project that secured a new route to market for a mobile betting product within the highly congested and cut throat mobile networks. Secured WL Partner and a 40% revenues share for a minimum three years. This success is now being replicated with other WL for Greece and SA [Cellectivity].
Achievement 2
Overhauled an underperforming mobile casino portal which made it easier for target customers to find and explore which resulted in a 150% increase to previous business levels. He also sourced inproved games and a better registration process which further boosted business by 300% [Cellectivity].
Achievement 3
Devised and launched a new process for new customer registrations across a diverse partner base including Teletext, Butlins, Metro, Casino Red & Yahoo Poker. All partners went live within timescales and targets and he became Account Manager for all future new partner in UK [St Minver]
Achievement 4
Developed highly successful automated lifecycle programs comprising several stages to encourage retention and loyalty registrations and up and churn is down 5% [Bet2Go]
Achievement 5
Secured, negotiated and signed new business deals across online, moblie & kiosk platforms that netted the business a total of over €150k in setup fees & €500k in minumum revenues over a two-year period. In addition to this there were strategic content deals secured with 5 other game engine providers to join the platform. [Plus-Five Gaming]
